Ya know, my scanner problem was still never resolved and I don't really have the $$$ to go out and buy a whole new printer/scanner etc...
But I realized something.
I now have a digital camera. I can take pictures of my work. I can upload those pictures to the computer. I can post those uploaded pictures onto this site...
Wow *laughs* I'm a little behind the mainstream here, huh? But at least I figured something out on my own. That's a good thing since:

School has been kicking my arse

I had to drop 3 of 4 classes which will most likely land me on Academic Probation and I won't be able to return to school for who knows how long

My apartment is flea & mite infested
(and having the place bombed didn't do shitaki)

I am staying at my mother's for about a month so that the "problem" in my own home can be resolved

I had to give up custody of 2 of my 3 cats, my snake and my lizard (one cat being drenched in fleas and emotionally attached to the other - or I would have kept the other)

Dishing out $$$ that I don't have to get the remaining cat dipped and groomed and treated

Emotional overload...

I work full time at a toy store and with holidays up and coming - suicidal!

And my mentors are currently OOT on a personal vaca! So my support circle, consisting of my two mentors, is not available...
(they should have taken me with them!)

Now if the infestation overrunning my apartment continues, I will either have to transfer to another apartment within the facility (and pay a lease breaking fee + a transfer fee)
or I will have to look elsewhere for residence (and pay a lease breaking fee)

And of course when you break a lease, anywhere else is skeptical of taking you on as a resident.
However I am thinking longterm. With all of the foreclosures recently it might be possible to take out a small loan and buy up one of these 4 bedroom houses at $10,000! or work it out for $199 a month!

*groans*

I need to scribble, write, draw, yell...the whole enchilada...I am exhausted!
